Everybody Reads This

Everybody Reads This

First Things First…
From of us at ECHO Fine Properties…. We wish you and your family a wonderful and safe Labor Day Weekend. For you NY Mets fans, I’m happy as the rare South Florida White Sox fan, to give you my 31-105 Stinky Sox to play this weekend.  My Smelly Sox look like they will beat your modern era worst team ever 1962 Mets for the worst team of all-time. If you can’t beat the Stinky Sox, then you shouldn’t be in the playoffs.  Now on to Jeff’s Journal…
The drive to Lake Wales is about an hour and half from my home. Our daughter, Jade, spent three weeks during the summer at Circle F Dude Ranch for five consecutive years. Jade loved receiving care packages, and I showed I cared by sending them to her so she wouldn’t get bored.
Each week, I’d run over to Barnes and Noble and pick out some goodies.  Archie comics, board games, and once a group card game that looked like great fun.

Well, the fun ended for me when the camp called and said they had to take away the card game. I asked why, and they said that “Never Have I Ever”, was for adults. I had no idea what I sent and was horrified imagining 10 girls sitting around the cabin playing that game. Dad caused quite the ruckus! Better stick to board games like Operation, Sorry or Candyland.

Board games are fun for both kids and adults. They are visual and people just don’t get bored right away. So, we decided to do our version of a Real Estate Candyland board….

When we came out with our Buyers Guide, called “Nobody Reads This.”, which is 151 separate items within 18 chapters and 9,215 words. I had some concern that nobody might read it, hence the title. However, it’s essential reading when you want to purchase a home.  To make life easier though, we came up with a separate companion Buyers Guide which we named (you guessed it), “Everybody Reads This.”

“Everybody Reads This”, goes over essential costs to purchase a home that one needs to be aware of, key statistical trends, vital website links and a Candy Land flow chart. The Candy Land flow chart goes over all 18 chapters of Nobody Reads this and presents the buying process from start to finish. Since Hasbro says Candy Land is for ages 3 and up, I don’t think any of our adult purchasers will have any problems getting through it. There are sharks, turtles, Shrinks, dogs, crabs, golfers, Benjamin Franklin, school buses flamingos, dolphins and more and all sorts of fun easter eggs and phrases.

So, it’s now your turn to take the spin on our board game. I promise you won’t be bored!
