As the Easter holiday approaches, Evergrene is getting prepared for their usual exciting events at the Clubhouse. This month the Easter bunny will be in full force hiding his goodie filled eggs all around the clubhouse for the young residents to find. The egg hunt will take place on Saturday April 15th at 9:30 a.m. In addition to the holiday event, Evergrene is also holding another blood drive starting at 10:30 a.m. on April 8th and the monthly wine tasting every third Tuesday on the pier at 6:30 p.m.

In real estate news, currently, there are approximately 30 homes on the market in the neighborhood. Last month there were 6 closed sales and 16 pending sales. It looks like Evergrene will be getting a lot of new neighbors moving in soon!
