Elegance and Luxury at 1000 North

I recently had the pleasure of dining at 1000 North with some Echo Fine Properties colleagues, and I was blown away by the level of service and attention to detail. The staff were attentive and knowledgeable, and the menu was extensive and varied. In addition to a wide selection of steaks, there were also seafood options and creative appetizers to choose from.

I decided to go with the ribeye steak, which was cooked to perfection and accompanied by a variety of sides. The flavors were bold and the presentation was artful. I also sampled some of the seafood options and was equally impressed. The scallops were tender and the flavor was spot-on.
