In April 2026, the developers presented a smaller version of the project to the City of Plantation. The revised plan reduced the number of residences by roughly 25 percent, cut the commercial component by more than half, and lowered the tallest buildings to six stories. The Plantation City Council approved the revised plan in April 2026.
