The location is pin drop on the map perfect. Right in the heart of Palm Beach Gardens real estate, it’s literally 15 minutes to anywhere from the Palm Beach International Airport to the beach or hundreds of restaurants. About 20 restaurants are within walking distance at Midtown or PGA Commons.
The community offers so much to do. There are tennis courts and a swimming pool on site at the Woodland Lakes complex. The subdivision takes care of practically everything for you. No worries about exterior or roof maintenance, landscaping, or insurance. The Woodland Lakes condo owners association also includes bike storage, and a clubhouse. The 4 story buildings housing 120 units in all each have their own elevator and allow pets and leasing with some restrictions. Models range from 1200 square foot, 2 bedroom floor plans to 3 bedroom with over 1600 square feet under air. Enclosed porches give great views of the BallenIsles Country Club golf course or alternative lake vistas. For this reason, it’s not often that Woodland Lakes condos for sale come on the market often. The 5200 and 5300 Woodland Lakes Drive locale is off of PGA Boulevard just west of Military Trail on the south side before BallenIsles in Palm Beach Gardens Florida 33418.
