About Gardenway Condo

There are still homes in paradise that one can buy for the price of a nice luxury car.  The Gardenway Condos off Alternate A1A in Palm Beach Gardens are one of those places.  Built in the early 1980’s, these 2 story condos are delightful and feel like a private residence.

Gardenway Condos homeowner association (HOA) fees are very low and take care of much.  All lawn and common area, exterior maintenance, trash removal, building insurance, pool, parking, and cable is handled by the association. A few varieties of floor plans are available ranging from 913 square feet, to models with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, and den with 1300 square feet.

Gardenway Condos is ideally located in Palm Beach Gardens real estate.  Close by is Outdoor at the Gardens mall, an array of beaches, local golf courses, restaurants, shopping, and many schools.  I95 and the turnpike can be accessed directly on PGA Boulevard.
