Plans have been approved to build a brand-new building in Edgewater Miami. 1600 Edgewater will be a 33-story building and offer 282 units, 20 of which will be designated for affordable housing. There will also be an 8-floor parking lot for 352 parking spaces, over 9,000 square feet of retail, and a rooftop restaurant.
