A bold vision for Miami-Dade is back on the table. Lennar, alongside partners including the Easton real estate family and Texas-based developers, has revived the ambitious City Park project, a sprawling mixed-use community proposed just outside Miami-Dade’s Urban Development Boundary.

The development sits between SW 136th & 152nd Streets, and SW 162nd & Krome Avenue and plans call for a massive 960-acre development that will contain over 7,000 for rent and for sale units, 1.4 million square feet of retail, and 249 acres of open space.

Should it come to fruition, City Park has the potential to become a landmark development in South Florida, modern, inclusive, and community focused.

City Park is envisioned as a self-sustaining village with a live work play dynamic offering single family homes, townhomes, apartments, schools, a lagoon or water park and possibly a 10-acre farm. Plans also include to feature affordable housing options.
