History of SIRO Brickell

Kerzner International announced SIRO Brickell in 2025 as the brand’s first destination in the United States. The project is being developed in partnership with 13th Floor Investments and Forse Holdings.

The development site was acquired in August 2025 for approximately $45 million. The nearly one-acre parcel was purchased from Swire Properties and occupies a strategic location beside the company’s Brickell City Centre development.

The announcement also represented an important expansion of the SIRO brand. After launching in Dubai and expanding to Montenegro, SIRO identified Miami as its first U.S. market, with additional international locations also planned.

SIRO Brickell is currently a future development with an anticipated 2030 opening. Final architectural specifications, construction milestones, condominium pricing, floor plans, and other residential details may evolve as development advances.
