Eastside village is a condo community made up of villa-style units in Lake Worth, Florida. There is no HOA here and so no restrictions!

This community is in an excellent location just steps away from the John Prince Park that wraps around the picturesque Lake Osborne. This enormous park is open from sunrise to sunset and offers a whole host of amenities and activities. The community is also less than 3 miles from the beautiful area beaches. Being close to the I-95 means you can explore further afield easily and head up to West Palm Beach for entertainment, or Palm Beach Gardens for some serious shopping! Lake Worth has a number of excellent A-rated schools, and plenty of golf courses and parks, as well as convenient transport links making it a wonderful place to call home.
