The oceanfront community of Paragon is a 13-story condominium tower that was built in 1993. 23 three-bedroom units are within the tower with condos occupying half a floor each. All condos have two balconies one of which has spectacular ocean views. Residents also have a two-car garage and there is under building parking available.

The first floor of Paragon doesn’t have any units as this is taken up with a club room and exercise room. Other amenities here include a heated swimming pool with ocean view, tennis courts, and private beach access.
