Construction has begun on Aston Martin’s first exclusively branded high rise building in Miami’s Central Business District.

Located at 300 Biscayne Boulevard Way, Aston Martin has partnered with renowned developer G&G Business Developments LLC to “translate its legendary design into an exclusive real estate venture”.

The end result has been designed to be a prestigious, one-of-a-kind building that represents the pinnacle of elegant living. This ultra-luxurious building will offer world-class amenities totaling 42,275 square feet on four entire floors, such as a state-of-the-art fitness center and spa, art gallery, kids playroom, spinning room, meditation room, virtual golf, movie theaters, and an infinity pool with a large pool deck.  Salons, lounges and a marina will also all be located onsite. A unique Butler service offers the convenience and comfort of luxury lifestyle management such as home management, luxury travel support, boat rental, VIP event access and exclusive beach experiences.

The Central Business District, locally known as ‘Downtown Miami’, is a financial, cultural, and residential hub located within the Brickell & Downtown area. The bustling city center is home to much, much more than just business and industry – as its name might suggest!
