The 220 units in the Club Cottages PGA National were built in 1981 and as townhouses do not have private pools but have a community pool and pavilion for resident’s use.  Some also qualify for the PGA Resort Club Cottage rental program.

PGA National has long been the dominant residential community in Palm Beach Gardens.  Nestled between the BallenIsles Country Club and the Country Club at Mirasol, PGA is really a small town onto itself.   This carefully planned development features 2,340 acres of more than 40 communities, each discreetly tucked off the major arteries to ensure privacy.  800 acres were devoted to open space, golf courses, playgrounds and walking trails.  In addition, on the west side PGA slowly dissolves into a preserve area and 240 acres was set aside for wildlife viewing with a viewing pavilion dedicated to this.

Although PGA has shops and offices, the LA Fitness Plaza, the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, real estate offices and fast food, the main shopping hub in town is just down the street.  Within ten minutes of townhomes in Club Cottages, you will find Midtown at the Gardens, Downtown at the Gardens and the Gardens Mall.  Restaurants like the Waterway Café, The River House, Seasons 52, Panama Hattie’s and Bonefish Grill dot the landscape.  Further east on PGA Boulevard is the John MacArthur Beach State Park and Singer Island.

Since PGA is near the Florida Turnpike, the Palm Beach International Airport and the Kravis Center are only about 15 minutes away.  Head north on the Turnpike 10 minutes and you can join friends for golf at Jupiter clubs.
