                Cary Lichtenstein specializes in working with high net-worth individuals both in finding properties for buyers and listing homes for sellers.

                You will find Cary’s background rather unique among real estate professionals. He has a dual degree in finance & economics from the University of Illinois. He later earned a JD at DePaul Law School in Chicago and was admitted to the Illinois Bar. Rather than following a legal career, he opted to enter the family home furnishings textile business which he grew 20 fold and sold it at age 53 to Leggett and Platt, a Fortune 500 company, and retired to Jupiter, Florida. His bucket list included playing the top 100 US golf courses.

                Cary then took up oil painting as a hobby and entered his son’s real estate business, www.JeffReaty.com. Illustrated Properties’ affiliations with Christie’s International Real Estate, his son’s website, which pops up within the first 3 positions in most Google searches, and referrals, provide Cary with a steady stream of buyers looking for homes in excess of $1 million. Cary has sold homes, condos and vacant land on the ocean from Jupiter Island in the north end to Boca Raton in the south end, and in gated/non-gated communities such as The Bear’s Club, Admirals Cove, Loxahatchee River, Old Palm, Mirasol, Lost Tree, Jupiter Key, Singer Island, Jupiter Country Club, etc. He has also worked with clients on tear-downs, gut jobs and new construction. His business background in marketing textiles brings an added talent to the real estate business. Cary is fully capable of negotiating all deals on behalf of either the buyer or seller because of his past experience in buying tens of million of dollars of textiles annually from all corners of the globe, and is very comfortable in that role.

                Both Cary and his son Jeff are associated with Illustrated Properties where out of 640 Realtors they hold the #1 position. Both Cary and Jeff have an enormous work ethic, can be found rising early and working late into the night to service their clients. Being originally from the home furnishings side of the textile business, they bring a fresh & unique perspective to the real estate business in advising clients on buying and selling properties. Together, father and son sold over 60 properties this past season.
