In PGA National, a limited number of estate single family homes were built. 96 of these are in Burwick Estates. These homes are three, four and five bedroom floor plans with from 2,200 square feet to nearly 6,000 of living space. All have private pools under screened enclosures. Most of the PGA National homes here were built in the late 1980s, although some were built in the 1990s and as late as 2004.
