Botanica Low Inventory
As we approach end of season once again we have low inventory in Botanica. Only nine condo/single family homes ranging from $267,000-$699,000 are available. In the last two months, only two properties sold! This is why Botanica is such a wonderful community to live.

For all you pet lovers, a new project is taking place in Jupiter. Furry Friends Adoption will be moving to Jupiter Park Drive which is located near Busch Wildlife Sanctuary. This will be a 2.5 million dollar project. This facility will open by 2018.
