Just west of Palm Beach Gardens and IBIS Golf and Country Club lies the unique enclave of Bay Hill Estates. Several things make this development unique.

Bay Hill Estates West Palm Beach

First, the home sites are one acre or larger in size, which is very rare for this area.  It’s even more special when you consider the location is just ten minutes west of Palm Beach Gardens.  You will not find many places that offer the combination of location and estate home site.

Second, Bay Hill Estates contains one of the five golf courses that make up the golf package at PGA National Resort and Spa.  It is also just across the street from the Palm Beach Gardens Municipal Golf Course.

Third, the homes here are estate size and range from around 2,700 square feet to nearly 6,000.  It is a community with a diversity in estate living.  Floor plans range from three to four, five and six bedrooms.  Residents of Bay Hill Estates move here so they can have exactly the kind or personalized home they want, whether that is purchasing an existing home or upgrading and expanding an existing one.

Fourth, being outside the city limits, you have peace and quiet not found in-town although there is a Homeowners Association to maintain community standards and a manned gatehouse.

Finally, although located out of the hustle and bustle of Palm Beach Gardens, downtown West Palm Beach and the Palm Beach International Airport are just 20 minutes away.

Most of the homes were built in the 1990’s and will have an estate level package of amenities including hurricane impact glass, granite counters throughout, fine fixtures, volume ceilings with custom crown molding,  Saturnia or Travertine marble floors, stainless appliances and three car garages.

You should consider Bayhill Estates if you desire a larger home site, like to play golf (although membership is not mandatory), like peace and quiet but still want an estate style home.
