Wonderful golf course, transient membership. What started out as a very promising concept by the Ritz Carlton, fractional ownership ( fancy name for time sharing), upscale golf course (true), outside members and homeowners, 74 individual homes, turned out like a boiled pizza or asparagus covered with chocolate, not something that ultimately worked.

Why? The 3 never mixed, so there was no cohesiveness. Outside members dropped out and the fractionals and the homeowners got stuck with a very, very tough product to resell.

The jury is still out. Hopefully, Trump National Jupiter real estate will turn this development around. Great Location in Jupiter. The Donald certainly did with Mar-A-Lago in Palm Beach. He’s a very smart guy and we hope he does.
