Condos in The Lakes have lake views and contain two to three bedrooms.  They are moderately priced and offer tremendous value.  Volume ceiling and open floor plans with wide patios characterize this community.  Many have private garages with additional assigned parking and guest parking.

The HOA for The Lakes condos for sale covers just about everything from cable to insurance to the water bill!  Easy access to Northlake makes the drive to Palm Beach International just 15-20 minutes away.  The same proximity to our famous Beaches, restaurants, and shopping is also close by.  Membership at PGA National is optional.  World class golf, tennis, exercise, croquet, and social activities is inexpensive and a huge plus when renting your home out or putting it on the market for resale.
