DON’T BE THAT GUY! You know, the one that has 15 spreadsheets that explain profitability, but can’t make a decision.
“But I need to see the property from the perspective of the landscaper”
STOP! Cost/benefit analysis is important, but when your feet get stuck in the mud with analysis paralysis, it can drive your deal into the ground. Come up with the most important markers a property and deal have to meet with your CPA, Financial Services Rep and investors so that you keep from being “that guy!”
