Dedicated stretching and abdominal areas
Television/DVD stations on select cardiovascular equipment
Locker room with private changing areas, lockers, showers, towels, hair dryers and amenities
Comprehensive schedule of exercise classes including aquatics, low impact, toning, stretch, spinning, yoga and tai-chi (please inquire about current schedule). Please sign up in advance.
Complimentary refreshments in spa locker rooms
Trained fitness professionals who can provide customized program development, consultations and one-on-one assistance for all populations. Training fees may apply.
Ongoing workshops and fitness clinics taught by certified instructors
Fitness/Spa boutique at the Admirals’ Cove Fitness Center.

Classes require advance sign-up and attendance is limited. A personal trainer may be arranged by calling The Fitness Center.
