Ideally located 1 block away from the gate to White Fences and about 12 miles to WEF. 16 stalls available (12'*12') with fly system (two 8 Stall barns). Total of 18 stalls on site (two 8 stall barns with center aisle and a 2 stalls barn for the owner's horses). Washer, dryer and refrigerator in the barn. Dry stalls only, no service. Owner prefers to rent the stalls to one boarder with 14 horses or two boarders with a minimum 6 horses.Regulation size dressage arena and riding/lunging arena (70'x70') both with excellent footing (all weather GGT) and irrigation (groomed daily).
