This Mirasol Builder May Be For Sale!

Taylor Morrison, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Taylor Wimpey, a firm out of the UK, builds housing in California, Arizona, Colorado, Texas, and Florida.  In Florida, it is best known for its 2,000 homes at the Country Club at Mirasol, a club where the PGA Tour held their Honda Classic for three years before moving it back to the PGA National Resort and Spa.

The luxury community of Mirasol has 2 golf courses, a 50,000 square foot Grand Clubhouse, 15 tennis courts, covered driving range, Esplanade Spa & Fitness Center, and an Olympic-sized pool.  When built, it joined other clubs in the area like BallenIsles, Old Palm, Old Marsh, and Frenchman’s Creek.
