Lanae’s Singer Island Spotlight: Introducing Vista Blue

Vista Blue is one of two new luxury condominium buildings coming to Singer Island. It is an extraordinary boutique-style condominium providing exclusive ocean front views.

Vista Blue is the first new building on Singer Island in almost 10 years, sitting on 3.5 acres with 150 feet of private direct ocean frontage. There are 4 residences per floor with semi-private elevators. The smallest residence is 2,700 sq. ft. and goes up to 3,700 sq. ft. for the direct ocean front properties. There are also two grand penthouses that are approximately 6,500 sq. ft. each. Some of the amenities include: under ground parking, 24 hour security at the gate house, two-story grand lobby with 24 hour personnel as well.

There are 2 side by side parking spaces per residence and a limited number of private garages in the building as well that can be purchased separately.

The pool area is elevated up to the 3rd floor with glass railings, so you can enjoy the unobstructed views looking out at the ocean. The 3rd floor contains all your amenities. You have a great gym with his/her locker rooms, clubroom, conference room, card room, and a social room with a gas grill out by the pool for cooking.

Pricing starts at $1.4 million and to $7.9 million for the grand penthouses. There are two penthouses that are flow-through going from East to West with 6,500 sq. ft. under air and 1,200 sq. ft. of terraces.

 

The high end finishes in the kitchen include Integrated Miele appliances with 42-inch European cabinetry and Silestone counters with a waterfall edge. All kitchens come with a built-in cappuccino machine, cup warming drawer, and wine cooler.”

The HOA fees at Vista Blue are approximately 67 cents/sq. ft. or approximately $1,900/month for the smaller residences and about $2,600/month for our larger residences. That is going to include your building insurance, valet, security, all amenities, and hot water which is central for the building.”

Sales are going well and they are expecting a strong season. There are 58 total residences in the building. Construction is rapidly moving along and they are expecting to have 4 furnished models in the building some time in the first quarter of 2017.
