                Frenchman’s Creek Announces New $74 Million Clubhouse Project

                Exciting news for Frenchman’s Creek! Members of this luxurious Beach & Country Club recently voted to start building a new, state-of-the-art, $74 million, 124,450 sqft clubhouse. The existing clubhouse will be demolished in the late summer of 2022, and the new building will be completed in late 2024.

                The new clubhouse has been designed by Peacock + Lewis Architecture & Interior Design, and will combine classic and coastal contemporary design, split over several levels and featuring a two-story clerestory cupola that will flood the space in natural light and offer stunning views of the two golf courses. The clubhouse will include a Grille Room, Sports Bar, 19th Hole Bar with indoor and outdoor seating and views of the 9th hole on the South Golf Course, a Golf Shop, new Pickleball and Tennis Courts, Kids Creek Club facilities, a golf cart barn, meeting rooms, and more! Peacock + Lewis Architecture & Interior Design has been a design partner at Frenchman’s Creek for the past 23 years, and has worked with community advocates for the past 4 years to create the perfect solutions for the new clubhouse.

                “Our Member Ad Hoc Clubhouse Committee and Board have worked tirelessly to incorporate the desires of our members, and we believe this new clubhouse will enhance our member experience and further illustrate our club as a premier country club in South Florida,” said Frenchman’s Creek club president Diane Exter. “This new clubhouse will feature beautifully designed lounges, dining, and meeting rooms with breathtaking veranda views of our Frenchman’s Creek private country club community,”

                Frenchman’s Creek Beach & Country Club is a residents-only private beach and country club, that already offers two 18-hole golf courses, plus a luxury spa & fitness facility with state-of-the-art equipment, personalized training, beauty and spa treatments, plus a luxurious pool and lounge area. There’s also a tennis facility with lighted Har-Tru courts, Tikkyball, Bocce Ball, and Pétanque courts.
