Raised on a farm in Northwest Ohio, Nicole is the daughter of Dick Helminiak, who has been one of the premier real estate agents in the Toledo region for almost 40 years! ACTIVE LIFESTYLE
While Ohio boasts crisp white snow and vivid fall foliage, Nicole prefers the year-round sunshine that South Florida offers! “The constant sunshine does something for the soul that just can't be explained” says Nicole. In her free time, Nicole enjoys playing volleyball, pickleball and traveling. South Florida is one of the few places in the United States where you can play sports, be active, and interact with others all year-round. Nicole totally understands why people move here and fall in love! “Ohio will always hold a special piece of my heart – actually many pieces, as that’s where all of my family still resides.” Nicole currently lives in Tequesta where she and her husband are raising their family. You will often find them out and about walking or riding bikes through the Village, kite surfing at the beach, or out on the boat enjoying the Intracoastal and ocean waterways.

Nicole has extensive knowledge of Palm Beach County and all it has to offer and prides herself on knowing the inventory inside and out. Nicole is continually studying local statistics and talking shop with her peers. Nicole is a savvy negotiator while also being honest, empathetic, attentive, and prepared. She is a patient listener and clear communicator, which is essential to being a successful Realtor. Listening is an underrated skill but one that Nicole excels at. Once she understands someone’s concerns and point of view, she then works with them to come up with creative solutions to accomplishing their goals. Nicole will grab a hold of the deal and doesn’t let go until it’s done. “There have been a couple of times in my career that something comes up and I know that I can always reach out to my dad and utilize his wisdom and solid advice!”
