Kristi Dempsey was “built” to be a Realtor. Her father was a contractor who built homes from the bottom up. She’s been around homes her entire life. Kristi and her family would live in the homes that her father built until they were sold. She helped look at blueprints, pull permits, paint, lay wallpaper, and stage the home in order to attract the ideal buyer. Kristi has done this her entire life and knows how to make your home stand out from the rest! She loves design and helping people find the home of their dreams - so it’s a perfect fit. Kristi can walk into a home and see potential. She’s a ‘glass half full’ kind of girl who always has a vision for what a property could be with a little investment along the way.

Kristi has always had a love for cars. She started researching cars at the age of 14 and has bought and sold over 40 vehicles since she was 16. With everything from BMW (her favorite) to Acura to Mercedes, Kristi has always been pedal to the metal. She knows the market trends and how much she can get out of a vehicle and still turn a profit. Kristi does the same when it comes to buying or selling a home. She knows how to get the best deal for her clients through research, knowing the market, and negotiating. Kristi’s “drive” is to find the perfect home for her clients to make memories in!
Kristi has worked as both an internal and external account executive for 2 wholesale mortgage lenders. She understands how to structure a deal, how to finance it, and pays extra attention to detail in the writing in contracts. Her experience helps her to excel in getting the best deal for clients and closing the deal without any missteps which can cause a deal to fall through. Kristi can play the numbers game and get you the best deal possible!

Kristi understands that communication is key to any relationship and she values the communication between herself and her clients. She has always worked in competitive markets where if you didn’t follow up and keep everyone informed at each step of the process, deals easily fell apart. Keeping her clients informed throughout the transaction helps build confidence. Aware that people can begin to get anxious when they don’t know what’s going on, Kristi goes above and beyond to ensure her clients are kept informed and enjoy a smooth process!
