Money? Bridgette knows how to work with money. She spent more than 30 years in the banking industry, with specific focus on Commercial Real Estate and Construction Loan Administration. She was a Regional Manager for Bank of America, accountable for more than 50 employees in support of the Commercial Real Estate business and a Compliance and Operational Risk Assessment Manager, with Santander Bank, N.A., in support of the Commercial Real Estate division. Over the years,she learned a wealth of information about commercial and residential Real Estate, and had the opportunity to work with customers, title companies, and attorneys. Bridgette has off the charts communication & organizational skills, and pays close attention to detail. Bridgette also understands people. She places herself in their shoes to understand their motivation. There is sometimes a bit of psychology involved when it comes to negotiating and it helps having been raised by two psychologists!
SPORTS NUT!
Bridgette loved playing baseball. She was the first girl in little league to make the All-Star Team. Her success in sports is driven by her fiercely competitive nature and ability to self-teach. Bridgette is a loving mom and stepmom, blessed with a son andtwo "bonus" daughters. Bridgette’s husband is a retired firefighter, a loving father and oneof her biggest inspirations. “People are drawn to him, because he is real, and because he makes each individual feel as if they are the most important person in that moment.” Bridgette’s dad was an avid reader. She got her love for reading and storytelling from him. One of her favorite rituals with her son was to make up nightly stories for bedtime, even when shetraveled for business.

Bridgette is highly organized, efficient, and achievement oriented. She believes that the quality of communication is just as important as the frequency. One of her most valuable experiences was in support of the commercial problem loan portfolio. She learned what could go wrong and how to adapt. Bridgette got her work ethic from her parents, and she learned hard work from a young age. With the exception of motherhood, she is most proud to have invested in the teams she led, and the countless employees she coached and mentored.
