About Royal Pines
An affordable, attractive home can be yours at Royal Pines in West Palm Beach. Homes for sale were built in the '60s and '70s of different materials, including CBS and brick, frame, and frame/stucco. To get to Royal Pines take I-95 to Southern Boulevard and west to Haverhill Road, then go south to Sunny and east on Sunny. Many of the West Pam Beach Homes provide 3 or 4 bedrooms and around 1000 to 1450 square feet of living space. Residences sit neatly on 1/4 acre lots.
Expect open, bright floor plans and unique design touches (inside and outside) from the 1960s and 1970s. If you are handy, you can save a lot of money by getting a "fixer-upper", although many homes have been renovated and updated over the years and are ready to move into. Royal Pines offers great starter homes for young families or a nice home for a retiree who would like to live in West Palm Beach either part or full-time.

Enjoy the culture that Palm Beach County has in West Palm Beach when you discover history at the famous Flagler Museum or great art at the Norton Museum. Visit the Kravis Center for the Performing Arts in downtown West Palm Beach and enjoy Broadway shows, world famous entertainers, or opera and ballet from renowned touring companies. Mounts Botanical Gardens is a pastoral, relaxing place to spend an afternoon. Clematis Street in downtown West Palm Beach has great restaurants and shops and open air concerts. Visit City Place in Downtown West Palm Beach for excellent dining and shopping galore. The Palm Beach Zoo & Conservation Society in Dreher Park is a delight. The South Florida Science Center and Aquarium is next to the Zoo and has great exhibits that the entire family will enjoy
