 This summer is going to be a hot one! On today’s market, home prices are at a premium, though they all keep selling like fidget spinners. The case is the same in the Garden Woods community. What is the best tower in The Landmark in Palm Beach Gardens to rent or buy in? Also, what is the rental market like?

Currently there are no listings on the market for rent and in the last year there have only been 8.

Out of the 3 towers The Landmark has to offer, the “B” tower is the most desirable, preferably in the middle of the building, because you will see sunrises and sunsets from east to west.

The “B” building has the Valet and Concierges located right at the bottom of the building. All of the amenities are located on the 3rd and 1st floors in the “B” building; theater, lounge, card room, gym, pool, and other outdoor activities.

The most sought-after floors are going to be from the 6th floors and up. Being that The Landmark is considered as the only Downtown city-living condo in Palm Beach Gardens, you want to be as high as possible to take advantage of the 360º views. The higher you are, the more of the Atlantic Ocean you can see to the east.

I wanted to share some news with you regarding an exciting new housing development being built on the last large parcel of land in Palm Beach Gardens. This will be a non-golf course community with very low HOA fees and is slated to be open for sales in November 2015. There are 12 models as well as specs under way.
